Salmon Party Ball

1 (1lb) can salmon
1 (8oz) pkg Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
3 Tbsp. snipped parsley

Drain and flake salmon. Remove skin and bones.
Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt, and liquid smoke.
Mix thouroughly. Chill several hours.
Combine pecans and parsley. Shape salmon mixture into ball. Roll salmon ball in nuts and parsley mix. Chill.
Serve with celery or pork rinds.

The title of this made me giggle (it's been a long day), but the recipe sounds good. Is the 1/4 tsp. enough to give a smoked salmon taste?
