Sharon's Crustless Pizza

2 lb ground round OR 1 lb ground round and 1 lb. Italian sausage
2 eggs
Spices – Basil, oregano, garlic, chopped onion
Ragu pizza sauce (or any low-carb sauce)...just a very thin layer
Mozzarella cheese -- shredded
Pizza toppings

Preheat oven to 400. Mix ground round with the egg and favorite spices. Flatten into a 9 x 12 cookie or pizza pan, or any other baking pan. Leave an edge, as you would for a pizza crust. Bake for 10 minutes. Drain grease, if necessary. If the "crust" cracks, break off sections of the edging to fill in. Top with a very thin layer of sauce, add pizza toppings, mozzarella cheese. Put back into oven until cheese is melted.

I made two 9x12 pizzas for my family's dinner, used almost 4 pounds of meat to make the "crust".
