Wine-Mushroom Cream Sauce

For grilled chicken/pork chops, etc.

Cut up some fresh mushrooms and cook them in a little bit of butter until they are cooked down some...add some white win and cook until it is reduced somewhat.

Then add some sour cream (or heavy whipping cream) until it is the desired consistency. Heat a little more so the cream is heated.

Add a little salt and pepper to taste.
