Get some pork chops, or pork loin cut into steaks and pound them with your fist. You don't need to pound the chops.
Fry in PLENTY of lard until cooked, remove from heat.
Add some boullion powder, PLENTY of good quality paprika and enough double cream to the pan to make a sauce with a nice thickness to it. If you can't get double cream use heavy whipping cream and sour cream or cream cheese for the thickness. Pour over the chops and think about how great you are for making somethig this good.
