I didn't do the butter sipping specifically but I added more butter to my diet. I have butter for dessert now I also changed my ratios to 80/20. Although I just ate an hour ago and I am really hungry today! I dont know what it is..probably my acid reflux flaring up making me think im hungry. |

I've been starving today! I've eaten, I think, at least 10 Tbsp. of butter, too. Just one of those hungry days. _________________ I'm a vegetable-eater by proxy. I make sure to get 5-10 servings of herbivore per day. |

No, I'm bloated as a beached whale. But then, I'm also brewing one hell of a TOM, so it's hard to say. _________________ I'm a vegetable-eater by proxy. I make sure to get 5-10 servings of herbivore per day. |

I had about 9 tbsp butter today too, just felt starving after eating so much. I know its the acid reflux though, it makes my stomach feel all acidy and hungry all the time, such a pain. Sometimes I can't tell the difference between that and real hunger.
But I did have one small victory - I was very close to going out and buying some peanut butter (my poison) but opted instead for the butter. It was a good save, I can only eat so much butter before I want to puke, but I could probably eat an endless amount of pb. |

This is quite literally the WORST POSSIBLE time of the month for me to be engaging in a weight challenge. Unless the challenge is to gain weight, that is. _________________ I'm a vegetable-eater by proxy. I make sure to get 5-10 servings of herbivore per day. |

I'll still show my toes on the weigh-in day! Even if I'm heavier! Assuming I haven't been incarcerated for murdering someone in a TOM-related violent rage. _________________ I'm a vegetable-eater by proxy. I make sure to get 5-10 servings of herbivore per day. |

I'm going to post this now since I stop weighing myself during pms. My starting weight was 137-138, and now I'm 132.

Yeah, I'm back up to exactly what I was when it started. But then, I have something hormonal going on right now, I think. _________________ I'm a vegetable-eater by proxy. I make sure to get 5-10 servings of herbivore per day. |

The meaning of Life. What is it? Can you tell me?
Challenge aside, what a horrible day until I started laughing. Anyone heard of Eddie Lizard? I've heard of him for years and never once seen him. God he's funny and scareligious ! OMG! But I'm watching BBC American and laughing! I'm also drinking red wine, eating a neighbors pizza and have some potobello ravioli for later
Maybe Pantheism is my destiny. Thank you Meg for turning me onto it.
I love to wallow in despair! I also love to laugh! Right now I'm leaning towards laughter! OMG! This won't last for long! Hang on!
We're going in! |
