so i have heard that women can only take in 25 grams of protein in one sitting nd everyhtign else will turn to sugar and then fat. i was just wondering what everyone thought because it didnt make much since to me

That is crazy talk. I am diabetic and to suggest that my blood sugar is going to go crazy because I eat more than 25 grams of protein is ridiculous.....I think. yeah ive herard that a few times from people that woman should have more then 25 g protein @ once |

I would tend to agree - when I overeat protein, I notice my blood sugar goes up at the 3-hour mark and stays up for a lot longer than if I had eaten carbs. Try to eat smaller portions throughout the day so your body can utilize it properly and not just convert it and store it. _________________ I'm a vegetable-eater by proxy. I make sure to get 5-10 servings of herbivore per day. |

ok so just like 25 grams @ a tme spread throughout the day. i hunger has gone down, i have only been eating like twice a day. ok so i am started out @ 260
yestrday i was 256
this monring i am 258
i know i should weigh myself every day but what gives
i am def trying zero carbs . well as close to zero carbvs
17.5 the other day
and like 10 yestrday
should i just give up the cheese probably. cheese is my weakness
i belaive i may want to lose weight ,ore then i want cheese
i dont know why i am struggling i have lose before not even being superstrict
this is so frustering. i mean i wanst to go down and stay down, i ant to lose atleat 5 lbs a week
any recomnedations
should i eat ,ore

i thought i was hungry this monring and manager t eat on one beef patty
no cheese
