hey so i am a newbie to this site i found it by accident sorta of looking for anyone doing zero carb, and was curious if anyone was doing it, how they felt if it was working for them. so i would love to know who has lost like a whole bunch of weight. or how fast the weight drops. i am not just going to go on it for a week. i am trying to make a WOE for myself to one lose over 100 lbs, and # 2 to find the right balance opf carbs, and proteins for me. everyhting ive read for the past 2 days it seems like everyone feels GREAT during this WOE carniverous. I am also wondering how people are eating like fat and lard. i dont know if i couldnt take it that far. i mean i ate some chcuk roast tonight, and i tried to eat the fat but it tasted bad to me. and i didnt care for the texture. so i was just curious about that as well. i would appreciate anyones imput and advice on what they recomend i do. my biggest issues is not giving up carbs as is giving up cheese, i love cheese and thats like usually my savior on a low carb diet. any idea. anyone eating lots of cheese and feeling good and losing? jus curious. just to let everyone know ive tried this way of eating many times, and sometimes i do awesome, until thats time of the month comes and i have chcoclete cravings like a beast.. soo thats why i was thinking i may need to be strciter to help my sever cravings for sweets subside

Hi Laura.
I lost about 65 pounds doing low-carb and then zero carb. I lost about 10 pounds per month, but your mileage may vary. Some people can continue eating cheese and other dairy and still lose. Some cannot. You'll have to discover this for yourself. |

Are you still losing weight, Dusty, or are you at goal? _________________ I'm a vegetable-eater by proxy. I make sure to get 5-10 servings of herbivore per day. |

Well I have an initial goal of 199. Now for a guy my height and make up I think I am suppose to be around 180 (I will work on that later). I am currently 215 and losing about 3 lbs. a week with little to no exercise. Not that I don't want to I am just busy with firefighting classes and this pesky little paper.
