Well, it would cure my depression.  Laugh

I think I remember reading somewhere that the human body can re-arrange glucose molecules to make fructose, when needed. But I can't exactly remember. They do have the same molecular formula - they are just arranged in a different structure. So it makes sense.

Actually, that could have a lot to do with why men seem to do better eating loads of protein without all the resulting glucose going to fat stores. They have more muscle mass, so more space for the excess glucose to go, plus they have to manufacture their own fructose. Just a theory! That would also explain why the Inuit men were lean, but the women were stockier and had more bodyfat, despite eating the same diet.

Gluconeogenesis from dietary protein is a blasphemy. So I don't even know where to start with fructoneogenesis.  Grin
So if we need a steak for every ejaculation maybe just to eat some fucking banana instead.

Bruce, from AV Skeptics has discovered the new "High Everything" diet. Eat all the fat, starch and moderate protein you want, cheat every now and then with junkfood and binge on simple sugars on the weekends, that's the plan. Bruce has reached his best health on this diet.

btw: The AV Skeptics Forum is gone, the new group is called "High Everything Diet".

Bruce vanished. I think Gods punished him for revealing HED secrets.
He will be reincarnated as an Inuit or something.

Hey -you mean he vanished from the HED group?  I left the group - well reading it anyway because it was getting boring and I wasn't learning anything new.

Maybe he transcended to HED heaven?
