430ng/dl.. when i was taking Clomid it was around 600
my free Test and Bioavailable are low though
my biggest complaint is sexual dysfunction, clomid did seem to help, but clomid should only be used short term then you must switch over to HCG and or testosterone shots.. but i decided to not use them, because i can still function okay without them

Back when I was more vegan/fruitarian, mine was at a sad 200 or so... totally on the low end of the spectrum. 430 is close to the mid-range, I believe.
All these drugs you keep talking about are not the answer, in my opinion. You seem to have a thing for pharma remedies, which is not the answer most of the time. I'm still a proponent of vitamin A and zinc for testosterone.
Most allopathic doctors aren't going to mention much about nutritional aids to help with these problems because it interferes with their ability to prescribe and push pharma medications. Most times, alternative physicians will find that using different testing modalities to assess the impact of most pharma. medications results in indications that the medications are usually toxic to the body.
Red meat is always good. A little liver is good. Eggs are good. Liver has a very high cholesterol content, which is necessary pre-cursor for good hormone production. Liver is basically the most nutrient dense food there is, second to egg yolks, I believe. _________________ VLC/high fat since 11/18/06 | 5'11'' @ 143 lbs. | Indeterminate Colitis 06/23/08 | Accutane user 8+ years ago & trying to heal | Egg/dairy free since 05/25/08 |

Galeron do you know your current testosterone?
i have heard 400-500ng/dl testosterone is normal for a 60+ yr old
men from 18-30 should have 600-1000ng/dl
for some reason my body just isnt producing enough hormones!! i have no idea what todo...
maybe my diet is causing the autoimmune disease which is basically messing with my entire pituitary, thyroid, testicular axis, is this true?
i mean i have never gone 100% paleo for more than a few days. i always cheat here and there.
