I am beating her. I am a little screwed up right now from the all meat thing. It was really bad for me for some reason. I just have to moderate and be happy with that. I tend too go to far sometimes and that was just too far for me. I do not have any reactions to dairy but I keep to trying to eliminate it. Let not your hearts be troubled I will defeat the restrictor.

Around 5 pounds. I don't think she has lost any. I can do better than 5 I just have to learn to slow down.

Good job, dusty! I feel kinda bad for your wife, though. But she could never do low carb because she's one of those people that won't eat fat, right?
