CO is coconut oil.
I think with this recipe any fat would do. |

lmao...thanks Heather!! I can't find any coconut oil around this area...will have to order online. In the meantime, I'm sure bacon fat or butter will work just fine. I live in Louisiana and seafood is very important to us and is my favorite food. I find the Talapia is better than our catfish...so we'll be cooking this very soon.
