I actually have a friend who believes that all you need is bread and cheese and salad....he's always going on about how you don't need more than cheese.

He's actually in incredible shape. He is a former gymnast, and honestly obsessive about being fit. He hovers around 5-7 percent body fat at all times. He's 45, looks 30, and performs well in all of the sports he does.

He is!! I'd love to set him up with someone, the catch is that he is in Munich. He's very sexy, has a fantabulously clean apartment and loves to do all outdoor things, go to the opera and shop.
