omg I love this I make it all the time, so maybe you've all done this but mmm ok so the stuffing is feta cheese,spinach,olive oil, garlic, sometimes i throw in sardines soaked in olive oil in place of olive oil, etc you can get creative with it, i blend this in a food professor, take a salmon filet, slit it down the middle and stuff, or spread it on the top whatever you prefer, than broil for 8 minutes mmmm...

Sounds tasty, but too much roughage for me. And I don't react well to olive oil... the high salicylates and all, which you'll learn about quickly here Smile

But the good news is that it doesn't sound like you react poorly to them, so you are a leg-up Smile

Dairy is also off-limits for me now as well.

God, I've really just shut down your recipe, haven't I? Laugh

Can I just do the salmon? Yup

The sardines give me headaches, if they're smoked that is. Laugh

hey!!! haha ok yea so im not a total zc-er yet but eventually, ok dairy isnt good but i dont find raw feta too be much trouble,especially raw goat feta, which we have here, yea roughage is grotty sometimes i ate some fruit the other day and man did i pay for it!

sounds fab meaty, not everyone here is a total ZC - I eat some veg here and there, but try to keep it to under 10 gms a day.
