I was just about to post this same story, but from MSNBC.  I only drink water, and there was a time where I would force myself to drink a lot of it.  I still drink 8-10 eight ounce glasses a day.

I think most of us have learned by now that we should take what a lot of people say about health and nutrition with a grain of salt.  And it's not surprising that most of this water stuff isn't based on any scientific evidence.  In fact, they said they are not even sure where it started!

I have also heard that people are drinking so much water that they are flushing all of their nutrients away.  But who knows if that is true, that probably came from the same place the 8 glasses of water a day myth came from.  If you think about it your body tell you when to drink, how do you think we got to this point.  And the argument that coffee, teas and other drinks don't count just make no logical sense.  Its those bastards at Aquafina I just know it! You mean the water distributed by (oxymoron alert) Pepsi? Can you believe that people pay for tap water?  http://www.cnn.com/2007/HEALTH/07/27/pepsico.aquafina.reut/index.html   Upset

And let's not even begin to talk about using plastic bottles!  I especially love to see my co-workers refilling their bottles over and over again from the water cooler.  MMMM, plastic, so tasty.  There's nothing better than toxic particles.   Roll Eyes    Puke

Plastic water bottles make me nuts!  Bonkers  I know people who go through a few cases of those a week, even use them in their own home.
