This recipe is taken in full from the yahoo group called candidasupport.

Fake Cream

1 cup hot (near boiling) pure water

2 rounded tablespoons of pure unflavored gelatin*

1/2 cup unsalted butter

3 eggs

1 tablespoon pure almond or vanilla extract** or stevia to taste

Ice cubes

1) Pour hot water into the blender.

2) Slowly add gelatin and blend at low speed.

3) Add butter, eggs and flavoring, continuing to blend.

4) As blender whirs, add ice cubes one at a time through the inner lid, until the mixture jells.

Makes 1 quart of Fake Cream.
* Bernard Jensens is a good natural brand of gelatin

**Bickford’s pure extracts are made from herbs, foods and spices
** read the labels on vanilla extract, even "Pure Vanilla Extract" can have alcohol & corn syrup in it (ie. Schillings brand in the U.S.)
