Mix 2 egg yolks with an ounce and a half of ice water, a couple of drops each of stevia and vanilla and a pinch of nutmeg. If you like dairy, add a half ounce of whipping cream (optional). Mix well and pour over ice. If you like you can top with a dollop of whipped cream and another grating of nutmeg.
I'm not the biggest raw egg fan, but I just whipped this up in 5 seconds and it was very very good and very festive! And everything was already in my fridge, which is always good. This is actually a good little protein snack for any day - nevermind the festive part!

OK, I just realised that there is an almost identical eggnog recipe further down in this forum! Apologies. Mine does not require the cream or a blender, but I'm sure blending it would make it nice and frothy and thick. This is just a simplified version.
