This doesn't really belong in egg, but therea re eggs in it

Mix it all together to stuff in a bird or bake,  add teh eggs last if you are frying

Everything is variable depending on the texture and flavour you want

Diced: meat (eg baked chicken you have lying around in the fridge), onion, fresh pork fat OR bacon and optional mushrooms.  Fry in the pan.  Add a truckload of sage, then eggs  and mix around.  Keep cooking as long as you want, the key is to get rid of the fluffiness that the eggs have and get that firm nice texture that stuffing should have.   Salt and pepper to taste, gravy optional.
