yes, only I find the texture disgusting.. I enjoy raw chicken and turkey if it is sliced thin and marinated in lemon juice or another acid. It turns the meat white, but it remains raw and tender. Then I drain the juice off and serve the meat with melted butter and sometimes fresh basil leaves. _________________ "Man lives on one quarter of what he eats. Somehow, amazingly, you've made raw chicken sound un-disgusting. _________________ I'm a vegetable-eater by proxy. I make sure to get 5-10 servings of herbivore per day. |

it's actually great because the glibbery disgustingness is taken away, it's just tender and delicious, and of course everything is better with butter. _________________ "Man lives on one quarter of what he eats. On the other three quarters lives his doctor." |

Thank you; I like to know, that others eat things raw that are "only for cooking". What about the skin?
I don't like cooked checken because it's dry; I used to always go for the leg if I had to eat it. |

Vonderplanitz and Mo Lohaus got me started with raw chicken. I've had it like Meg, and it is good. And I wrote elsewhere, like Sashimi. Boil the chicken for a little while in water. just so the outer part turns white. Then remove and slice just like Sashimi. I've used butter as a dipping suace, also soy with wasabi

Well the raw chicken pleases me more than cooked which I never liked.
I couldn't eat the skin and I don't know if one does or not. I look forward to my next raw chicken. |

I have. I can eat chicken or any type of muscle meat with no problems. It is all good...the skin, the fat, the meat.
I just started eating liver raw but I can only eat so much of that before I need to stop.
