Hello everyone
This is my first time posting in this fourm. I started having hemmorhoid problems about five years ago. After a bowel movement I would have severe pain for 6 to 10 hours afterwards. I suffered like that for about a year and a half. I started doing enemas and that helped me from suffering so badly. I would say about 2 years ago I developed this constant pain in the hemmorhoids. This lasted about three weeks. Nothing I tried seemed to bring relif. A lady I knew gave me some free range chicken eggs and after just 15 minutes of eating just the egg yokes raw the pain went away. I have been eating plenty of raw eggs ever since. I still have a problem with constipation and have to keep doing enemas. But I have not had any pain in the hemmorhoids in the last year and a half.
I have read Vinny Pintos raw paleo diet web site. I have read the interviews By Aajonus Vonderplanitz. I just recently read the no-carb web site by bible-life. I have not yet tried this approach to my constipation problems. I try and remember to post what happens when I do try the no-carb approach, Doing enemas is a pain in the ass so to speak.
I am 48 years old from louisiana. I am a hurricane betsy, camile, and now a Katrina suvivor. And I love watching the show Suvivor on TV.

Welcome! I've read that about raw yolks, very early post partum I had a similar issue and "cured" it with raw yolks and high meat. Yay raw stuff.

Glad you had success with animal products for your condition. And welcome to the forum.

JMHO, but I don't believe we humans should be having BMs every day. I now have a BM about once a week, if that, and I don't have constipation or any other GI or bowel problems. Hope this isn't TMI!! Shock

It just seems like it's rather taxing to our poor internal digestive and elimination systems to be moving bowels so frequently when on a high-vegetation diet. When I was doing high-carb, I ate a lot of fruits and veggies + grains (actually tried doing "Eat to Live" vegan for a while - what a disaster), and I was having a BM every. single. day. Is that really natural?!?

Nicholas, whereabouts in Louisiana are you from? I was in the countryside outside N.O. over the Labor Day weekend. I see that N.O. and Mandeville are still suffering from the effects of Katrina. Our corrupt federal government is using attrition/neglect to keep people away. Shameful.

Again, welcome aboard!

Dear Scout
I live about 50 miles north of new orleans and about 30 west of manderville.
I forgot to mention some of the other problems I was having. Severe migraine headaches. I was drinking raw goat milk for about a year and a half and that seemed to help get rid of the headaches. I think it was the coffee drinking that caused the headaches in the first place.
I have lost several teeth, probally due to excesses fruit drinks, coke-a-cola m&n's pizza, alcohol, you name it, I used to eat it. I havn't lost a tooth in over two years now so I guess the bone lose has stopped. I quit drinking any sugar drinks and fruit eating. I still eat salads and bread, sometimes a little junk food. Probally why I can't get rid of the constipation. Havn't had a headache in about two months now(Iswear it was the coffee). LOL
Also thanks for the welcome Reddy.

I forgot to mention that my left habd was very dry and the skin always peeling to. That problem has stopped after eating lots of raw beef. I thought my artries were clogged in my left hand. Maybe it was just a lack of good old beef.
Thanks for the welcome Carolyn. I am in those groups except I left the raw Dairy group a few months back. I quit drinking raw milk and seem to be doing fine without it.

Dear Wesley
I am not a zero carb yet. I have increased my meat intake and decreased my carb intake.

Hi Jetpostman,

After I read your posts I was wondering how much water do you drink?

I find, for myself, if I do not drink enough water every day then I get very constipated.
I try to drink 3 litres a day.
