My ketostix have tested negative for two consecutive days.
I've tested before and after meals and stuff.
I've been zero-carbing for 2 months except for the carbs (100ish g/day) I had to eat on the two weekends that I returned home. My last incidence of carb ingestion ( ) was Sept 23.

| Once keto-adapted, you will no longer spill ketones into the urine. Your body will burn them for energy. This can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, from what I understand. |
