That opens a can of worms for sure. I honestly think no one knows for sure, except those in the cooked food, raw food and in between camps  Roll Eyes  Because you have followers of all beliefs everywhere.

I personally don't think it's bad unless you are cooking your meat well done. Then you may run a higher risk of Stomach Cancer according to the Government  Shock And you might want to eat less Red Meat than say Fish or Chicken because of Neu5Gc- that is if you believe in that also... or not   Wow

Read a lot and roll the dice.

Best wishes,

If going by the famed Inuit as an example I'd say you are right on.

If you feel fine keep eating this way.
I eat all my meat raw at the moment but I don't think it makes any difference.

I find that raw, or very rare meat digests much quicker and easier than fully cooked meat.  I have heard others say just the opposite.  So I don't know.  But when I eat fully cooked meat, it seems to just sit in my stomach like a rock for hours.

I do believe raw meat probably does have more nutrients.  I believe it is correct that at least some nutrients are destroyed by heat.

When I drank a whole raw egg from a Brandy glass for the first time, I relaxed, breathed slowly and wiped my mind clean of any expectations and preconceived notions. I was surprised to find the egg white not bad tasting at all. Yes, like gelatine and a little salty, but well worth the experience.

You might try meditating before your raw meat meal. We have years of fear and other ideas in our heads... or better yet get drunk FIRST! Toast JUST KIDDING!!!!   Roll Eyes  Grin

me too... I try to eat mostly raw, but I also do mixed meals where I will have raw meat (usually a half pound of raw ground beef) topped with scrambled eggs or an omelette on the side
