Butter goes well with veggies, right X?
WARNING! POSSIBLE TRIGGER FOR THOSE WITH EATING DISORDERS
Ok, most of the links I found were to pro-ana websites, which I refuse to link anyone to. This one was a little less freaky, but not very complete, and the info was whack. It says that the reason you lose weight on a butter diet is because it makes the other food you eat more slippery! Good for a laugh.

Which one were you think of? |

OYG! Well Done! I spent a good while searching and hadn't thought of 'fasting' That's not the website I was thinking about, but it is the same kind of plan! For a second there I thought they were all deceased. It's good an Underground movement is (literally) going on.
Bookmarked that immediately! Thank you! I suppose if I'm loose with the vegetarian thingy.. I mean, dairy and all, what's a stick or two of butter between friends?
On that note, no time to be playing around with butter, or is it
Toes Exposed
Is this day two or three?
God Help me I'm taking my Father with his scooter to the Mall and that means lunch with a capital L that rhymes with Hell and that stands for DOHHH!!!

Thanks for the reminder. A good one.
The only problem is that they have no idea why they loose weight on this kind of diet. It has nothing to do with slipperness.
I've found about this diet a while ago and I like it but you must know when to stop. Otherwise you may get wasted.
It's how I operate for years when I'm very busy.
Butter, coffee, very little protein, some booze.

I eat between 6-8 tbsp. of butter a day. I don't really think there's anything magical about butter, it's just that we have the highest quality homemade butter, and it really agrees with me.
Red! Dairy? What happened to your duck fat? |

I don't know what happened. When I started to put on weight, anyway, I just thought 'fuck it, I'm eating butter'. _________________ I'm a vegetable-eater by proxy. I make sure to get 5-10 servings of herbivore per day. |

| I just read somewhere that butter is good for the GI, so I'm going to start eating more of it, in hopes that my acid reflux will go away! |

Good Morning!
Why am I so happy? I broke 160! Yay! In fact, at around 6:00am I weighed in at 159.9lbs. I didn't drink any water, took my morning walk which is to the supermarket and back, about a half an hour to and back- and I'm...
God I need to be strong right now and not take liberties. It's so easy to relax and feel I can have a binge meal or something.
I have 7 Days to lose 5lbs
Maybe the Butter woosh!???
Best wishes,
Avalon |

And I want that T-shirt too, Red comes up with the best slogans, evah!
Oh, I feel like I'm down another 2 pounds, but have no proof, y'all will have to take my word for it! I think I have everyone beat already.. |

B, thank you for your encouraging words. On that note...
You can weigh yourself at the supermarket No excuses, Of course if we're getting picky the original post challenge said nothing about weighing during the week |

Thank you so much B & C!!! We're in it to win it. But honestly, if you know anything about my history, it's been a long time since I've been trying to get back to 154. And I'd rather make 150lbs. I have to keep my focus and stuff
Looks like this Veg wannabee might be having Beef for dinner My months quota
I'm going in!
Best wishes, everyone,
