Butter goes well with veggies, right X?

WARNING!  POSSIBLE TRIGGER FOR THOSE WITH EATING DISORDERS

Ok, most of the links I found were to pro-ana websites, which I refuse to link anyone to.  This one was a little less freaky, but not very complete, and the info was whack.  It says that the reason you lose weight on a butter diet is because it makes the other food you eat more slippery!  Good for a laugh.

Which one were you think of?

OMG, priceless, in the pro-butter forum, you can sign up for "Butter Buddies," three guesses as to what my mind read the first time!  Laugh

OYG! Well Done! I spent a good while searching and hadn't thought of 'fasting'  Bonkers  That's not the website I was thinking about, but it is the same kind of plan! For a second there I thought they were all deceased. It's good  an Underground movement is (literally) going on. Laugh

Bookmarked that immediately! Thank you! I suppose if I'm loose with the vegetarian thingy.. I mean, dairy and all, what's a stick or two of butter between friends?
Evil

On that note, no time to be playing around with butter, or is it   Wink

Toes Exposed

Is this day two or three?

God Help me I'm taking my Father with his scooter to the Mall and that means lunch with a capital L that rhymes with Hell and that stands for DOHHH!!!

Best wishes,

Thanks for the reminder. A good one.
The only problem is that they have no idea why they loose weight on this kind of diet. It has nothing to do with slipperness. Wink
I've found about this diet a while ago and I like it but you must know when to stop. Otherwise you may get wasted.
It's how I operate for years when I'm very busy.
Butter, coffee, very little protein, some booze.
Better then drugs.

I eat between 6-8 tbsp. of butter a day.  I don't really think there's anything magical about butter, it's just that we have the highest quality homemade butter, and it really agrees with me.

Red!  Dairy?  No No What happened to your duck fat?

I don't know what happened. When I started to put on weight, anyway, I just thought 'fuck it, I'm eating butter'.

I just read somewhere that butter is good for the GI, so I'm going to start eating more of it, in hopes that my acid reflux will go away!

Good Morning!

Why am I so happy? I broke 160! Yay! In fact, at around 6:00am I weighed in at 159.9lbs. I didn't drink any water, took my morning walk which is to the supermarket and back, about a half an hour to and back- and I'm...

God I need to be strong right now and not take liberties. It's so easy to relax and feel I can have a binge meal or something.

I have 7 Days to lose 5lbs  Wink

Maybe the Butter woosh!???

Best wishes,
Avalon  Happy

Thank you so much B & C!!! We're in it to win it. But honestly, if you know anything about my history, it's been a long time since I've been trying to get back to 154. And I'd rather make 150lbs. I have to keep my focus and stuff  Bonkers

Looks like this Veg wannabee might be having Beef for dinner  Shock  My months quota  Wow

I'm going in!

Best wishes, everyone,
