for those who like coconut.
-melt coconut oil and cocoa butter, use about twice as much or maybe a tiny bit more coconut oil as the butter. Add your sweetner, cocoa powder and put it in the blender with a big huge splash of coconut milk... I use the blade that is low, for beating cremes, it looks like a coffee grinder blade. Blend. Refrigerate. Hate yourself because you eat it all in one sitting and feel sick afterward.
Seriously, after refrigeration it has the exact consistency of the inside of those balls... even DH who usually isn't keen on my diet dessert creations was amazed.
You can probably make it taste normal and not coconutty by using unflavoured rather than virgin coconut oil, and by using cream or double cream instead of coconut milk.
Good for when you need a day's worth of calories in a snack.
