Put some butter oil and lard (not really piggy tasting lard because that would ruin it) in a blender. If you want you can use coconut oil or cocoa butter instead or as well. Add a smidgeon of hot water so that it will melt and blend. Add a yolk, whip until light and creamy. Add sweetner, butter vanilla extract, and if you're going for the chocolate, cocoa powder. Whip again and refriderate. If you want to keep it very soft and creamy and light then blend every so often as it cools, rather than letting it thicken naturally.

Sounds like it would be great on some kind of mock chocolate cake as an icing. How do you eat it? Just with a spoon?
