Oh, I can't find the information about Splena, for I put in 50 grams, which is a bit too much, and it means a bit more than 4 grams of Splenda in each little cake (cupcake?) [sweetner equal to 400 gram sugar, I use liquid splenda now, so no extra carbs for that]
If I have one for breakfast, that'll do me till lunch!

PS the recipe: just mix the lot, put in mould - I use two muffin moulds of 6 each, but you could bake it in a flat pan and cut in 12 squares - that's the original way to do it. 30 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius (340° Fahrenheit)
