-line a baking pan with slices of salami
-sprinkle a liberal amount of shredded cheese on top, I like a mix of mozzarella and gouda
-sprinkle VERY VERY thinly sliced onions on top
optional: before the onions I squirt a little of this spiced sauce we have here which is called spiced ketchup but it's not really ketchup.. I like the taste, so you can put a sauce on if you like - but it ups the carbs. Thinly sliced tomato on top is also an option.
-broil until cheese is bubbly/golden brown
-cool slightly and remove from pan
-also delicious with irish butter on top for those of you who really love the fat.

Butter from Ireland. The brand "Kerry Gold" is the one I get, the taste is unlike any of the butter's you'll find in a store, and the cows are grassfed (they say that is why the taste is different). _________________ "Man lives on one quarter of what he eats.
