Laugh It doesn't seem to matter how 'rich' a chocolate dessert is... I can always find it in me to eat too much of it. Laugh

This sounds deadly good, though. Happy

Its a cream i found in waitrose a food shop in the UK it is so thick the spoon stays stood up in it. The tub says its 48% fat .per 100 mils its 2.6 carbs. It says its extra thick double cream not sure what that would be in the US.think any heavy cream will prob work if whipped a bit.
It is bitter but i like bitter chocolate and even i the choc queen can only eat a teaspoon full at a time.

PS i think us girlys need a bit of choc sometimes.

Since I'm not having cream right now, I decided to try to 'treat' my pms with some chocolate butter. I just softened an ounce of butter and stirred in 2 tsp. cocoa powder, a few drops of stevia and a few drops of vanilla. Was a lot like eating chocolate icing out of the can, but richer. It hasn't cured me completely, but it actually has made a shocking difference! This is my first foray into chocolate since going zero-carb, so we'll see if something horrible happens from it. Laugh
