Zen in the Art of Self ResistanceZen in the Art of Self Resistance
No gym? No equipment. No problem.
This site has a huge collection of self-resistance, bodyweight and isometric exercises for every part of the body.
For those who don't know, self-resistance is an exercise where you use one set of muscles to provide resistance for the other. For example, doing a bicep curl with your right arm, while you provide resistance with your left.
Isometric exericses involve pulling or pushing against an immovable object with maximum effort for up to 10 seconds.
Great site.

Which is probably the reason why you posted this link already. *cough* More than a year ago.
Reading older posts for motivation purposes. Very entertaining too.

I did some of the forearm exercises and did not give it much thought but today my forearms look ripped. That is crazy.
