You say you can't fit exercise equipment in your house?Check out the Bullworker:
This ridiculously small device provides some incredibly challenging workouts for most of the body. I freely admit its crap for legs if you're a reasonably strong individual.
About the size of a baseball bat and equally effective for beating yourself up (and possibly others).
Cheap(relatively speaking.) Well made. Most of the exercises can be done while you're on the couch.
NO EXCUSES!
I swear I'm not getting kickbacks from the company.

The Bullworker?? Jesus Dan,that thing is from the 70's, I used to have one.
Does it still have the 2 "cords" on the outside and the pics of the ridiculously ripped dude?
Kindof like an isometric workout or Dynamic Tension.

I laughed at it, too, but thus far I'm pretty happy with it. It's handy for pre-exhaustion on chest I'm finding.
I don't think it replaces free weights, but I think its a nice complement to my other equipment.

The only exercise device I knew of in the 70s was my tricycle. ;)

It has plastic coated steel cables.

Yeah. At least with this there's a gauge so you have some idea of how you're doing. If you're isometrically pushing on a wall every day...you wont know if you're getting stonger...unless the wall moves...
