UrineWoof said in another topic that this board is sadly lacking in discussions regarding stool consistency, what kind of meat digests best? etc. so...
I have noticed the smell of my urine change since eating very low carb. It has a more definite smell. But the strange part is that I can smell what kind of meat I have eaten that day. If I eat a couple of pork meals it smells slightly of pork, same with chicken or lamb or whatever. On a mixed diet none of these foods change the smell of my urine.
There you go!

mine doesn't vary that much if I stay low food chemical, but it does change according to my monthly cycle. Probably the hormones.

I can definitely smell my food in my urine. Coffee, different vegetables, definitely different meats. Especially when I'm failsafe or close to it. If I eat something high in glutamates, my pee smells like beef stew or chicken soup, or whatever it is that I ate. Glutamates have the strongest effect on my pee. Pork is a huge one, too - probably the amines.

I forgot the coffee bit. And wine! Oh and the beets, they make it pink.

Where's a poll ? We need an urinal poll? 2 to be exact: one for chicks, one for men. Or 3: third for the confused.
