Tomato-Shrimp BisqueTomato-Shrimp Bisque
1 can diced tomatoes simmered for 10 minutes in 1/2 cup chicken broth, then mashed.
Add 12 oz. raw, cleaned shrimp (cut into pieces).
Add some thyme, salt, & pepper to taste.
Boil for 1 minute.
Add 1/2 cup half-and-half or heavy cream. Heat just to a simmer, but do not boil.
