Tabasco scrambleIngredients
4 oz ground beef, preferably 70% lean(I use Morans 73% as it's the closest I can get)
2-3 large eggs
Tabasco sauce
Heat up a nonstick pan(I the incredible scanpan saucepans that bear recomends) on medium heat. Toss in the ground beef, lightly cook, sprinkle on some tobasco. Crack 2-3 eggs in, scramble around, add some more tobasco. Let cook a bit, scramble around some more, pour into a bowl and drizzle any leftover fat onto the scramble.
Enjoy!

That will be one of the first things I eat once I shop for all my stuff. It sounds GREAT! I love Tabasco.

I've been eating it 2-3 times a day for the past 4 days. On saturday I plan on making a double portion, and some eggwraps, so that I have something to eat at school(I'll be there from 8am to 1 pm).
Tabasco is about the only condiment I REFUSE to give up.
That and homemade habanero sauce.

Every time I make fried eggs... I shake TONS of Tabasco onto them. If I make deviled eggs... that stuff is going into any recipe for deviled eggs. I'm with ya... don't take my Tabasco away from me!

Tabasco...the best condiment there is. Don't accept any substitutes either. I've tried them all and they don't even come close.

I agree with Bobi... BTDT as well. And, Tabasco is fairly low sodium (and you don't have to use that much to get the zing anyway)... and it is zero carb/zero calorie! It will spice up any dish!

Like I always say, it's the greatest condiment God ever gave us!

What is the "Incredible ScanPan" and where can I get it? My non-stick pans I currently use are pretty much trashed and I need to get new ones.

Susanne,
All the info is in theBear's Thread on ALC. I have one and it is really a good pan.

Hmm...well, I have to admit I've never seen Bear's thread on ALC. Gotta link for me? Thanks!!

Okay, I finally sleuthed out TheBear's thread on ALC. What a wild trip that thread was, evidently. Those pans are spendy...but what price good tools to make good food, eh? Not until I'm done with school, though... ;)
