Super Easy Smoked Brisket

Smoked Brisket--Super Easy —275 degrees—5-6 hours

Rub liquid smoke on both sides of brisket. Make small slits in brisket and insert garlic slices. Rub more liquid smoke on brisket. (You can also put the liquid smoke in a small spray bottle and spray it on...makes it even easier! )

Put brisket on a flat rack in a baking pan. Pour 1 cup of beer in bottom of pan. Cover pan with foil. Put in 275 degree oven and bake 5-6 hours until tender.

Remove from oven when instant read thermometer registers 185°F. Let rest 15 minutes before slicing across the grain.
