Shangri-la diet

Anyone heard of or tried it? Think it has any merits? Has this been posted about already and I'm missing it? I'm posting this in the naysayers section only because it's not a zero-carb regimen. It's all about taking a flavourless oil once a day between meals to disassociate your metabolism from taste, which stimulates an apparently powerful appetite suppression. Worth looking into, I suppose, if you're an overeater and zero-carb hasn't cured you.

This interesting. I've never heard of that approach, but looks kinda cool.

I always thought most cravings were insulin related, or other things like defeciencies or dehydration.

Interesting idea.

I've known about this for sometime but have never given it much thought. Not sure why.

Last person to try it is a rotten egg! EGGS! HA! They're everywhere I tell ya! Cool

But cool, I'd never been to a forum on the subject. Love reading about it, thanx! red Smile
