Same Day different bat Channel

I have no idea what that title means.

Okay, here goes. I came here because you guys and girls have posted about eating raw kinds of life forms. And I don't intend to leave either. I'm not sure how I feel about no-carbing but I am very interested. I came here from the WaiTalk forum as you know.

It's been getting kind of strange over there, like they are fractioning up and re-writing the original Book by Wai Genriiu. Well, on the forum anyway... so I've wanted to leave, but have felt I needed to keep going back to see what's been happening.

Last night I created my own Wai Diet forum to help keep the original intent alive. Also to keep an open-ness and a lighter feel. And to explore other diets as well.
Not being a contrarian, just sharing a new thingy Happy Hope that's okay.

for instance on WaiTalk they say Dairy is not included in the diet, but it clearly is as a 'Munch Food' DOHHH!

Anyway I'd also like to start an experimnet forum for those of us searching for the Ultimat diet. It could be meat and egg. I don't know. But I remain open.

My first forum Happy

Banter welcome!

are you the one who asked about where to buy raw sardines? you could try minnows from a bait and tackle shop.....

Laugh Laugh Laugh Laugh years ago I came across the article on her site The Medical Need for Orgasms in Women and saved it just in case I ever felt like using it to convince anyone. I don't feel the need to justify them, or their frequency anymore Yup

ok I keep coming back and responding.. her take on calcium is interesting, and I HOPE true!! I don't think I consume much calcium when I cut dairy and while it wasn't a huge concern for me, I wondered if I was consuming enough and what would happen if I didn't. I'm lucky to just genetically have very strong and heavy bones, despite an incredibly poor diet growing up and I hoped it would last until old age. My grandmother has terrible osteoporosis and is really shrunken and hunched over, I'm pretty sure that before long she'll be one of those permanantly 90 degree angle old ladies.

What is this Wai diet all about?
Avalon

Hi LC!

There may be some Myth to this, huh? But Wai is said to be Model, and she was trying to find a way to fight acne. It turns out this diet also helps with weight and cellulite. It's kind of a fruitarian, raw fish and egg yolk diet with occasional cheat foods to keep you from straying.

There are rumors that Wai is a mam. But supposedly it's a team of boyfriend and girlfriend. There is an older forum where Wai was invoved and the tone was more friendly and forgiving. The latter board, WaiTalk is moderated by the boyfriend and he's taking it in some die-hard juice and sugar direction.

Reddy, I do find a lot interesting. And they do provide much reference material.

But it's certainly a high carb diet. I had to eat considerably less to keep my weight from ballooning.

I think that all kinds of diets should be investigated. Thanks so much for the link to your site explaining about this diet.

Ahhh that leaves me out. I have hyperinsulinism

Yes.. I'm really not into the fruit that should be eaten. With the exception of small amounts of berries fruit is really not ok for me. I do like her stance on vegetables not being necessary, the idea that your meat is raw, that fat is necessary and like i mentioned, the bit about the calcium/osteoporosis is an interesting idea and I especially like it if it is true.

Yes, thanks for the link. I think it is always interesting to learn about other ways of eating.
