Salmon Patties

Salmon Patties

1 (14.75 oz) can salmon
1/2 cup pork rinds (finely ground)
1/2 cup minced onion
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons parsley flakes
1 minced garlic clove
2 large beaten eggs
4 tablespoons mayo (optional—but it adds a lot)

Mix all and the refrigerate for 1/2 hour...(optional, but they handle easier)
Make into 8 patties and cook until browned on either side turning once.

I bet this would be great with canned tuna, or canned chicken, too... Happy

Sure would....Good idea for those who don't like canned salmon. Yup
