rebounding againJust graduated from a cheap rebounder to a Needak, bought from craigslist.com. What a wonderful piece of equipment!
There is no comparison, you'll feel like flying.

I have one but when I hope it makes me go to the toilet; not always but it does get things going (that can also happen when I go jogging).

Do you guys have videos or a book that tells you what to do or do you just bounce?

I did have one... but I just kind of do it intuitively... it is best just to blast some tunes and go crazy... I spoke with the customer rep at Cellercise and says that is what a lot of ppl do... then again, a lot of folks like routines, what I like about rebounding is that unlike the gym, it is rather freeform...

ok! I was mainly wondering in case there was a special technique or WAY to do it in order to get the benefits that are touted. Eg: I've got some veins in my ankles from my pregnancies I'd love to see get better without the costs of surgery And just another question, do you bounce hard or more gently? I know lymphatic drainage massage (omg that was a boring part of school) is extremely gentle so maybe gentler movements for lymphatic help and stronger ones for what, muscles?

in the book I had... it did have detailed instructions for different conditions...
I personally take it kind of like interval training/dancing... lightly sometimes, then wild and fast other times... I will also jog/sprint/gently bounce for several minutes

The benefits come from the up and down action, that is the G force. Any routine is just to break the boredom if you do it for for some time.

I vary gentle bouncing if I am out of breath with forceful high jumps. That is the real fun and the highest G that you are really after.
