Pork with mushroom cream sauceYou can either slice the pork into small pieces, or use the whole piece.
Pork
mushrooms
butter
cream
white cooking wine - optional
salt and pepper
Cook the pork in butter, remove from heat.
Fry sliced mushrooms until nice and brown, use lots of butter
optional: add cooking wine and simmer down
Add cream and simmer until it thickens a little.
Salt/Pepper to taste. If you use cooking wine you probably won't need salt
