According to this article - http://jcem.endojournals.org/cgi/content/abstract/jcem;89/4/1641

a polyunsaturated fat ketogenic diet is better than saturated? It said it induced a greater level of ketosis.

Cool link opticon, that's something I've never thought about  Yup  And not that I'm any where near Ketosis, it's a fascinating subject, thanx.

Yeah, but it makes me kinda worried, my diet is mostly sat & mono fat, very very little poly in meat & eggs. Plus I use butter to cook with, so more sat. fat there

I so don't know who to believe regarding fats. This fat, that fat, high fat, low fat I think we really are on our own.

The good news is I think it's all reversible, meaning if you start to experience problems, change your course. Hopefully your body will warn you long before any permanent damage is done.  Shock
