1 package beef jerky
1 cup dried berries, such as dried blueberries, cranberries, or cherries
1 cup chopped nuts or sunflower seeds
¼ cup beef suet or vegetable shortening
Honey to taste (1 to 3 teaspoons)
12-cup muffin tin
Procedure
Line muffin cups with paper liners (or grease cups well).
Grind or chop beef jerky into confettisize pieces to make about 1 cup. Melt suet or shortening in a saucepan.

Um, Ava, have the meat-eating aliens been taking you back to the mothership at night? I can't find your post about dipping sauce for tongue, but I have to say that I don't think hollandaise would be the correct sauce. If nothing else, I'd go with soy, or even something zippier like a chimichuri.
Anyhow, thanks for the pemcakes recipe! Sharing is caring.

You're welcome.
Did you say Chim-Chim-Cheri a la Mary Poppins? I need to watch that movie again soon. Yeah, I deleted that post as I thought it a bit silly. I mean who really cares about seasoning raw tongue Stop the sketch! Stop the sketch! This is being hit on the head lessons in here

I didn't think it was silly. Tongue has a very distinct taste.
