Nut Butter CupsUnsweeten Baking Chocolate (2 oz)
Butter (1 stick)
Nut butter (4 tablespoons)
Splenda (1/3 cup) I use sweetzfree
Heavy Cream (2 tablespoons)
Melt the chocolate, butter and sweetner in the microwave or stove top.
Stir in the nut butter and heavy cream.
Pour into a muffin tin lined with foil baking cups or aluminum foil.
Keep in freezer.
I like to heat them in the microwave and eat with whipped cream.
