not truly carnivore but meaty and goodI get tired of smelling like frying fat from searing my steak...
Heat some tomato sauce well seasoned to your liking - I like spicy, lots of cayenne, paprika etc. Turn off heat and add plenty of raw ground beef and some cottage cheese. I had this for lunch today and it was incredible, I love how the cheese makes it taste like lasagne. Incidentally, it was my first time trying raw ground beef (bought 1.5 kilos and had the butcher do it for me) and I am in LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE.

Food ProcessorI sometimes make my own ground meat in my processor. Just pop a few chunks of meat in and pulse a few seconds-- much safer than butcher grind-- even if he grinds it for you. If his machine is tainted, so is your meat!
And you can grind any meat in any combination-- add extra fat right there. Grind it fine for sausages. Add seasonings-- enjoy! LOL

I've got a meat grinder that I got a long time ago so I could grind chicken for my cats. Now, since I found a meat processor who grinds chicken for all the pet lovers in the neighborhood (great place!), I want to start using this grinder to grind up bison roasts and such. My cats can handle the pathogens.
BTW... it sure is good to be posting again!
Thanks again, Meg!

Did you get one of those expensive industrial ones or just a household one? They have one at the grocery store for 55 or 65 Euros or something and I'm wondering if I should get it. I love ground beef so much and would love to know what's been in the grinder before my meat Plus it would be cool to make custom grinds with different fats and meats etc. to come up sausages.

I got a pretty heavy duty one. A Northern Tool & Equipment Company grinder. It was about $90.00 USD. BUT... if all you are grinding is meat and fat you won't need such a heavy duty one. I HAD to get one this heavy duty since I was grinding chicken bones. I even put a huge turkey bone through the sucker once... nearly cracked the housing!
It came with sausage making parts. I think making some home made sausage would be cool! The main thing I look forward to using it for is grinding my own burger so I can eat it as rare/raw as I want. I would have a problem trusting store-bought ground burger cooked rare/raw. Presently, I have a lot of bison roasts in my freezer. I want to grind this and just sear it and eat.
The ground bison I have has heart ground into it. Funny thing is, the one time I tried a lot of raw bison was when I took a bunch of this ground bison muscle/heart and ate it just barely cooked. It was about 1/4 lb burger than was completely raw inside. It tasted like metal. I never got sick or anything from eating it. I think the best source of meat for this type of eating would be some beef roast... grind that up and mix in different spices or what have you. No big fear of trich or other pathogens.

variation on a themealmost the same as the first...
raw ground beef in a porcelain bowl, add 1 tbs olive oil, 2 tbs spaghetti sauce, seasonings if you want and sprinkle shredded gouda on top. Broil so that the cheese is melted, the meat is slightly warmed but not hot or cooked. Tastes better than it possibly could with noodles.. and I'm a former noodle binger.
I bought a meat grinder so I could safely give raw meat to the tiny one who likes it too. So much easier than trying to slice it with a knife while he's sitting in his highchair screaming at me because I'm not cutting fast enough. I know how mother birds feel.

I got a grinder attachement for our Kitchen Aid off of ebay for 30 bucks. I've turned a couple of round roasts into some very nice ground beef.
I wasn't very original though, I just made big hamburger patties and lightly fried them up. Nice to have my burgers essentially raw now (jut the outsides cooked to help hold it together).
I'm tempted to find the sausage attchement and make my own sausages as well, I've never had a beef sausage before, figured it would be tasty.
