no stomach noises on vlc?Is it normal that the stomach and gut stop making sounds / noise on vlc? Sometimes there is a little bit noise but that is all. On High Carb my stomach did make sounds...

I have very quiet digestion, not when I'm VLC, but when I'm carnivorous, or very close to it (i.e. no vegetable matter or fibre of any kind). Carby things don't make my digestion noisy - it's the bulky stuff or the fibrous stuff.

Since going carnivore I've noticed my digestion getting quieter. I notice a little squoosh once in a while when I eat a lot of fat (bile I guess?).

That is good to know ;) It is like you @adwred, starchy no sounds and fiber makes some bubbling.
