Thanx Scout. Very interesting and tempting to try it that way. Always eat dinner, but on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday eat regular like. I'd thought of it but reading this plan again gets me interested- for tonight anyway

The guy was awfully carby, so I wish him luck in keeping it off. He seemed to really like his tortilla chips. Too bad he never came back with any updates. Makes you wonder if he gained it back, or if he was able to keep it off. I didn't read enough of the entries to see if he was doing any working out. ???
Some chick in there said she was planning to eat 1 meal a day and start a blog: onemealaday.blogspot, but when I went to that site, it was a blog entitled "Quitting Caffeine," with no entries in it.

IF does a bang up job of lowering insulin resistance, so I'd imagine going 24 hours without eating would let you eat almost anything the following day. Low carb refeeds would be smarter, of course...
