My homemade meatloaf

take 2lbs of beef mince
mix in 1 tablespoon of chinese five spice
1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
1/2teaspoon dried mince garlic
2 tablespoon tomatoe ketchup

mix all together i put it in a 2lb loaf tin squish it down and then rub 1tlb ketchup over the top.
in the oven at 200c for about 1 hr .

Sounds good! I love 5-spice. I would probably either leave out the ketchup or use a little thinned-down tomato paste if I tried this, since I'm going for as close to zero-carb as possible. I haven't had meatloaf in ages - maybe it's time to bust out the old loaf pan!

i would of used puree but i didnt have any
and seeign as it was only small amount ketchup i think it didnt matter too much.
Even my fussy teens enjoyed it.

Mmmmm....sounds delicous. Iv'e been think of making a meat loaf so I will try this., thanks.
