My favorite raw beef

Slice a good cut of beef thinly (about 1/8", you need to keep your knife sharp). Melt butter, add a little olive oil, small chili pepper, a little bit of mustard and vinegar, salt if you eat it and blend. Pour over the beef. Heavenly.
Here is a tip how to use blender effortlessly. Melt the butter in a small 4- 8 ounce Mason jar,add the ingredients, remove the Osterizer base, washer and blades and screw the whole ensemble on the Mason jar (instead of using the blender bowl and having to wash it) place the Mason jar with the blades on the blender and blenderize. It won't explode. you'll have everything neatly in a small jar and you can even store the same jar in the refrigerator if you have not used everything.
