Milk: Who drinks it?
I try to drink 5 cups a day to stay out of ketosis.

I do, sometimes. I love milk. I feel like I associate it with tiredness or anxiousness and sometimes hunger, but I'm not sure of that correlation. The source of milk and the type of casein makes the difference with symptoms like that.

I drink a lot of milk since I use coffee as food. I use instant coffee and about half a cup and boiling water as a meal or a snack.
I also love the dick milch. Though if I have too much (easy to do!) the amines get to me.

What percentage of fat is the milk you drink, meg?

I Steer clear of Cow's milk and drink only Goat Milk. Cow's milk brings with it an awful lot of bad publicity Cancer wise, where Goat Milk doesn't.
Best wishes,

When i was in Argentina i had fresh donkey milk. There was a man on the corner selling donkey milk, he milks it right in front of you, it was awesome.

The closest I come is heavy whipping cream. Milk has more carbs than I want.

I did purchase it because of the name.
Sadly it only means thick milk, dick is thick in German and I am in Germany. A long time ago I was hiking with my husband and his boss, who happens to be extremely sexy, and they were talking and I heard the boss say something like he has a 10 cm dick I laughed to myself until I could ask them about it and what he was really talking about was that he thought his waist was 10 cm thicker, or fatter than my husband's. Germans like to obsess over fat, being skinny seems to be one of the most important things in life here. Thinness, and a painfully clean house.
