Good luck Plasma! I think that's a really great thing to do.. and it's inspiring to me to try the same.
I get most of my meat locally. I haven't been able to find any grass fed organic bison fat locally, so I have it shipped in from out of state. I should look for cow fat instead.. I'm sure there is a lot of that around here.
