I'm 20:40:40 What Are You?

I know I'm probably the Queen of Carbs here and with my new Diet Experiment underway I figured out my ratios to be approximately 20:40:40.

20% Protein, 40% Carbohydrates, 40% Fat.

Also known as The Pacman Diet. I just made that UP! Oh the cleverness of me Bonkers to steal lines from Peter Pan!

Thought I's ask everyone to list their ratios and see what's what. Anybody?

I am about 20% protein, 70% fat and 10% carbs.  I could be doing better I know but I am lifting a lot and packing on some muscle not to mention running in the morning preparing to be a firefighter.

I have quit bacon and brisket though and coffee with heavy cream.

I'd say 24% protein, 75% fat, 1% carb.

I alternate between carb-driven days and fat-driven days. So my ratios wouldn't be very meaningful.

My carbs come to 20g or less per day. Usually less.  My carbs come from eggs, a bit of cheese, heavy whipping cream, very occasional non-starchy veg, and a glass or two of dry wine or a low-carb beer or two.  I suppose on a "high" day, my carbs might be up to 2-3 percent, but that is not the norm.

I have never had raw heavy whipping cream.  I usually use Dean's brand.  I drink most of my heavy whipping cream in my coffee.  I will sometimes make an egg nog type drink, with heavy whipping cream, a couple of raw egg yolks, a few drops of vanilla extract and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

I'm screwing around with all different foods now just for the hell of it. Eggs, cheese, milk, white pasta, rice, potatoes, bread, fruits, and some vegetables. I'm probably 20% protein, 35% carbs, and 45% fat. The good news is that all my symptons of food sensitivities(hives, etc.) have gone away probably from eating meat/eggs and also my uric acid levels have fallen dramatically.

I have just read the "Schaub-Kost" book and it has some really good arguments. Now i am eating meat, fat, cream, potatoes, bananas, carrots. And 3 big cups of coffee are allowed  Happy And dam, they say you have to eat salt with vegetables... I do not know what the hell is going on in my gut but salted potatoes gives me a really perfect poop.

10-12% protein, 88-90% fat, trace carbs (eggs, coffee, butter, etc).
