but BlueBlonde was asking about Military Presses...well, I thought I had more, but I have an interesting powerpoint at

that is about four years old, but even then I was recommending deadlifts and military presses for women.

Also, Pavel's book, "Power to the People" will have all you ever need to know about the deadlift...and the one arm press (just fine, too). dragondoor.com
